It identifies veterans of the Patriotic War of 1812 and the foreign campaigns of the Russian army in 1813–1814, who returned home safely, were identified; it also provides information about the combat path of the Menzelinsky district teptyars of the 2nd Teptyar regiment during the suppression of the Polish uprising of 1830–1831.
